We all want the same thing...
Love. Connection. And the feeling that we are on the same team.
But many couples slowly fall into patterns where one person carries the emotional weight of the relationship.
That's the dynamic my work focuses on changing.
How My Work Helps Relationships Shift
Over years of working with couples and studying relationship dynamics, I began noticing recurring patterns that keep partners stuck.
This led me to develop the RICE Relationship Model, which focuses on four key shifts:
R — Release Control
Control and intimacy rarely exist in the same space.
I — Identity
Become a woman who knows who she is, what she wants, and where she is going.
C — Connection
Learn the language of nervous system bonding through words, gestures, and shared rituals.
E — Emotional Adulthood
The most emotionally steady person sets the emotional tone of the room.
This model helps move relationships from conflict to partnership.

Why I approach Relationships This Way
My background is both analytical and relational.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, which has trained me to recognize systems, patterns, and underlying structures.
That same systems thinking allows me to identify the hidden patterns shaping relationship dynamics.
I am also a certified relationship coach trained through the Laura Doyle Relationship Coaching Program and The Life Coach School.
My work combines emotional insight with structured thinking to help clients understand what is really happening beneath their relationship conflicts.
Training and Mentorship
During my training, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the most respected voices in relationship coaching.
These experiences shaped the approach I bring to my work today - practical, thoughtful, and focused on lasting change in relationship dynamics.

My Story
I have a background in Computer Science, but after spending a decade raising three children with my husband and living with my mother-in-law, I realized the importance of learning how to manage relationships, which led me to study Relationships and Brain Science.
I am a Life Coach certified by The Life Coach School, where I learned how to help clients understand the patterns that shape their lives and relationships.
Over the past several years, I have been studying, training, and coaching clients to see the underlying dynamics in their relationships and how emotional patterns can shape connection, communication, and conflict.
This work has reinforced my belief that emotional health and healthy relationships are crucial to a fulfilling life and family.
Your well-being is my top priority!
I will point out your blind spots.
I will offer solutions.
I will guide you with heart.
A Little More About Me
Besides being a Life and Relationship Coach, I am a Yoga teacher and have been a Personal Trainer. I find it fascinating how closely our physical and emotional well-being are connected.
My curiosity about the human body, the mind, and relationships led me to study relationship dynamics and brain science, and this continues to shape the way I approach my work with clients.
I also have a background in Computer Science from the University of Washington, which trained me to think in terms of systems and patterns. That same way of thinking helps me see the deeper dynamics that influence relationships.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy learning about personal growth, psychology, and how people create more meaningful and connected lives.
